
Ketchum
While serving as a Digital Intern at Ketchum, I have supported multiple accounts through social media, account and design work. A few key areas I have worked in are content creation, StoryWorks agility work and earned media work. Before Ketchum, my understanding of PR was very baseline, but since joining the team here I have learned to target, track and pitch media. Through closely monitoring social trends, I have brought real-time opportunities to my teams and clients. Some of my favorite memories at Ketchum are the American Egg Board's Chicago premiere event for The Incredibles 2 and Huggies' biggest product launch to-date, Made By You Diapers.

Social Media
I support the American Egg Board by drafting the monthly social media content calendars and producer toolkits. I also provide copywriting support to various teams, including Whirlpool and Cottonelle. I am able to provide creative ideas and unique ways to activate on social media.

I also support the influencer team to research appropriate influencers for the given client and target. I am relied upon for my strong knowledge of influencers and consistent work.






Account Work
Throughout my internship at Ketchum, I have supported multiple brands including American Egg Board, Cub Cadet, Huggies, Cottonelle, U by Kotex, and Smucker's Goober.​

For Americans Egg Board's Chicago premiere event of Disney-Pixar's "Incredibles 2," I helped my team prepare months in advance by drafting all social copy to create anticipation for the release and increase engagement. I created a "Which 'Incredibles 2' Character Are You?" quiz that was completed 1,000+ times. In collaboration with Giuliana Rancic and relevant Chicago influencers, the event garnered over over 34.8MM impressions.

Working on Huggies, has given me the opportunity to work on numerous experiential activations. My first monitoring project was for the David Ross + Huggies Walgreens event which earned over 100MM impressions. I also supported the Huggies Made By You product launch, one of the largest new product launches for Huggies and Kimberly-Clark, which saw over 300MM impressions.

Through continued and active monitoring on Cub Cadet, I discovered a real-time opportunity that we presented to the client and activated on. The project allowed us to surprise a small family with a free push lawnmower and customized Cub Cadet yellow flamingoes to help keep their pink flamingo company in their yard.

In addition to my account mix, I also support the digital and influencer teams. My role is to research potential influencer partners for campaigns and activations. I help to edit Page One, a daily newsletter sent to over 900+ clients that contains relevant news and social trends, every morning. I participate in agile brainstorms to bring real-time opportunities to clients across Ketchum.




Design
I also support the design team to help make graphics, one-pagers, recaps, and more.
